The Brief

Tim Hibbert, the President of the Bicester Rotary Club, approached Word Salon for help with achieving his ambition of creating a new satellite rotary club. The brief was to create a concept and copy that would challenge the current perceptions of the club resulting in attracting new audiences from the local community, in particular a younger demographic who may not have previously considered joining Rotary.

Following an in depth brief, Word Salon created a selection of concepts which conveyed the selling points of joining the organisation, incorporated a ‘call to action’ and also relayed the good work that Rotary does for the community. Extended copy was then written to be used for flyers and on a website.
